Isaiah Grant.

Founder, Quiet Machines

I help financial advisors get found and stay quiet about it. I run Quiet Machines, an AI implementation firm for RIAs and advisory firms who want to be visible to the right clients without sounding like everyone else.

The short version

What Quiet Machines does

Most “AI for advisors” pitches are loud, generic, and built for compliance to hate. I built Quiet Machines to do the opposite. I work with a small number of advisory firms each year, on-site for a 3-day residency, to implement the AI infrastructure their team will actually use, content engines, prospect agents, visibility audits, and then I leave them with a runbook so they own it.

No black box. No monthly retainer that quietly grows. The work is in the room, the documentation is in their hands, and the firm keeps running after I’m gone.

Why Quiet Machines

Why I built it

The advisor space has been buried under AI promises for two years and most of it doesn’t survive contact with a CCO. I wanted to build the version that does, narrow scope, real outputs, compliance-aware from day one. The firms I work with don’t need to be loud. They need to show up when the right person searches and sound like themselves when they do.

How I work

How I work with advisors

  • 01
On-site, not remote. Three days in your office beats three months on Zoom.
  • 02
Documentation you own. Every implementation ships with a runbook. If you fired me tomorrow, you’d still have the system.
  • 03
Compliance in the room, not after the fact. Your CCO sees the work as it gets built, not after it’s deployed.
