I'm the human who installs AI inside your firm. I show up on a Sunday, build for three days, and stay with you for ninety more. No platform. No SaaS. No "we'll be there in spirit." I'm here, in your folder, with you.

What I actually do

I build the AI workflows an RIA needs and wire them into the firm's existing tools — your CRM, your email, your compliance file, your custodian's data. I don't sell a platform. I don't take over your tool billing. I don't ship a template and walk away.

The install runs three days on-site at your office. Then I stay for ninety days of Lights-On — fixing what breaks, training the team, refining the prompts as your firm's voice settles into the AI. By the end of the engagement, your team owns the workflows, the prompts, the runbook, and the knowledge base. If you fired me tomorrow, the system would still run.

Why I built Quiet Machines

The advisors I respect most kept telling me the same thing: "I know I need AI. I don't need another tool." Every vendor was selling them a platform. Nobody was actually building anything inside their firm. So I started doing it by hand — one principal, one folder, one CRM at a time.

Quiet Machines is what comes from the opposite end of that vendor pitch: a person, in your office, building the system you'd build if you had three uninterrupted days and the AI training the rest of us spent the last decade getting.

What I bring to the install

How to reach me

The fastest path is the demo form. We open a real RIA's folder, I show you the workflows running, and you decide whether your firm should run something like it. Thirty minutes. No deck.

If you want the version of your firm that runs with six more people inside it — that's the install.
