Jump raised $80M in February 2026 and they earned it — it's the category-leading meeting assistant for advisors. If you're already using Jump or planning to, great. We'll wire it into the rest of your stack. This page is for the firms trying to decide whether a tool is enough.
Where Jump leaves you in note-summarization, our installs go further. See the actual stack we'd wire — Wealthbox + Claude or Redtail + Claude — depending on your CRM.
Book a demo →Jump is an AI operating system for meetings: it joins your client calls, transcribes them, writes the notes exactly the way you'd write them, drafts follow-up emails, and pushes everything to your CRM. It's self-serve SaaS — you sign up, pay monthly, and it works. For meeting intelligence, it is genuinely one of the best tools in the industry.
Quiet Machines is not a product. It's a three-day on-site residency where one person flies in, watches how your firm actually works, and installs AI workflows — meeting prep, lead scoring, compliance review, content, touch points, admin autopilot, and a firm-wide Client Brain. If you already use Jump, we'll wire it in. If you don't, we'll install whichever meeting tool fits — but meetings are one of the workflows we handle.
| Jump | Quiet Machines | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A self-serve SaaS tool | A 3-day on-site installation of AI across your firm |
| Primary job | Meeting notes, transcripts, and follow-up drafts | Workflows wired together and run by your team |
| Works with Jump? | It is Jump | Yes — we wire Jump into the rest of the stack if you already use it |
| Setup model | Sign up, connect calendar, start | One human on-site for 3 days building it around your team |
| Who trains your staff | Help docs and webinars | The same person who built it, in person, for two days |
| Pricing | ~$75–$150/mo per seat | $50,000 flat, 8 months |
| Handles meeting notes | Yes — exceptionally well | Yes — either via Jump, via Claude, or via whatever you already use |
| Handles lead scoring | No | Yes — against your firm's historical close patterns |
| Handles compliance review | No | Yes — SEC + NAIC aware, built in day one |
| Handles content & AEO | No | Yes — a Content Studio workflow that turns your thinking into citations |
| When something breaks | Submit a ticket | One phone call to the person who built it |
If you already use it, yes — we'll wire it into your CRM, your Client Brain, and the rest of the stack. If you're choosing fresh, we usually install a purpose-built Claude-based meeting flow instead, but we're tool-agnostic. What matters is that it actually runs inside your firm.
No. Jump is one of many tools an installation might touch. We don't take a kickback and we don't mark it up. You pay Jump directly, we bill a flat $50,000 for the install and the 90-day runway around it.
Probably yes — if the other workflows (lead scoring, compliance, content, touch points, admin, Client Brain) aren't running yet. Jump doesn't do those. If Jump is solving everything, you don't need us.
That's between you and Jump. We never take over your tool billing or lock you into anything we brought in. If you fired us tomorrow, every tool on your stack would still be in your name, on your account.
When the firm only needs the one capability Jump provides and doesn't want a broader installed system. If your only gap is meeting-note capture, Jump or Zocks is faster to deploy than a full QM install. If you have six gaps, an installed system pays back faster.
Yes, and many of our clients do. We're tool-agnostic — we'll wire Jump into the broader stack if you already pay for it. The workflows don't replace point tools; they connect and orchestrate them.
You don't switch — you add. Keep Jump running while we install. After 60 days, decide whether Jump is still earning its monthly fee. Most firms keep it for the workflow it's best at and let QM handle the rest.
Quiet Machines: $50,000 install + ~$2,500/mo optional retainer = $80,000 over 24 months. Jump's typical SaaS pricing in this category runs $300-1,500/mo per seat, so a 5-seat firm is at $36K-180K over the same window. Apples to oranges — different scope — but the math is comparable.
We run a free Digital Visibility & AI-Readiness Audit on your firm. You'll see exactly where you stand — and whether a tool, a team, or a residency is the right next step.
